প্রকল্পের আকার ও fabrication scope
BYD industrial park-এর phase one-এ 12টি factory building রয়েছে এবং মোট ফ্লোর এরিয়া প্রায় 141,900 m²। বর্তমান case record-এ Jiangxin-এর structural-steel fabrication package প্রায় 15,000 metric tonnes। এই সংখ্যা পুরো park-এর total steel tonnage বা সব design, construction ও erection কাজের দায়িত্ব নির্দেশ করে না।
Zone অনুযায়ী production plan ভাগ করা
Bill of materials building, zone, member type ও delivery batch অনুযায়ী ভাগ করা হয়। Material procurement, cutting, fit-up, welding, straightening, inspection ও coating plan এই zone-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করলে shop output site-এর চাহিদার ক্রমের সঙ্গে মেলে।
Repeated member-এর জন্য first article
Repeated welded built-up H-section, column, beam ও brace member-এরও first-article approval দরকার। Material, section dimension, hole group, connection plate, weld, piece mark ও coating interface পরীক্ষা করা হয়। Approval-এর পর fixture, CNC programme ও inspection datum একই ধরনের batch-এ পুনরায় ব্যবহার করা যায়।
Consistency, coating ও phased delivery
Material heat, piece mark ও inspection record সংযুক্ত রাখতে হয়। Accepted, pending, repair ও revised member আলাদা ও পরিষ্কারভাবে চিহ্নিত থাকে। Coating-এর আগে connection surface, hole ও field-weld area specification অনুযায়ী সুরক্ষিত করা হয়; surface preparation ও DFT project document অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা করা হয়। Shipment lot erection sequence অনুযায়ী সাজানো হলে প্রয়োজনীয় column, beam, bracing ও connection item একসঙ্গে site-এ পৌঁছায়। চূড়ান্ত tonnage ও responsibility contract ও approved document অনুযায়ী হবে।
