The project has a building area of about 120,000 square meters, 4 underground floors and 40 above-ground floors, with a building height of 198 meters.

• Synchronous construction technology of super high-rise core tube and outer frame columns: Adopting steel reinforced concrete core tube + steel frame outer frame structure system. • High-strength Q460 steel application: Main structure uses Q460GJC high-strength building steel with yield strength of 460MPa. • Full-process digital BIM technology control: Using Tekla Structures for 3D detailed design. • Complex node design optimization: Using seismic performance-based design for SRC transfer layer nodes. • Ultra-high-rise construction verticality control: Using total station real-time monitoring technology.

• Steel Structure Deepening Design and Modeling: Using Tekla Structures for 3D modeling, completing component numbering, material statistics, and node design with ±2mm precision. • Steel Component Manufacturing: Self-owned 25,000㎡ smart production base with annual capacity exceeding 40,000 tons, using 30,000W high-power laser cutting machine with 0.01mm positioning accuracy. • On-site Installation and General Contracting: Professional installation team equipped with 50-ton large lifting equipment, providing full-process construction management from foundation embedding to main structure topping out. • Engineering Quality Inspection and Acceptance: 20-year experienced professional QC team, four-step inspection system, equipped with NDT testing equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle testing, product qualification rate over 99%.
