The Indonesia OBI Nickel Project is a large nickel smelting project located on Obi Island, Maluku Province, Indonesia. Once completed, it will become an important global nickel intermediate product production base.

• Tropical marine climate anti-corrosion design: For the high-temperature and high-humidity marine climate of Obi Island. • Large-span industrial plant design: Smelting workshops adopt 24-36m large-span steel beams. • High-temperature area fire protection: Areas near smelting furnaces use high-temperature fire-resistant coatings. • Modular prefabricated export: Using factory modular prefabrication schemes. • Localized construction support in Indonesia: Establishing cooperative relationships with local construction enterprises.

• Smelting workshop steel structure deepening design: Completing steel structure deepening design for blast furnace frames, raw material warehouses, and finished product workshops. • Industrial plant fabrication and installation: Providing fabrication and on-site installation services for large-span steel beams, columns, and crane beams. • Envelope system supporting: Providing metal roofing, wall panels, daylighting strips. • Quality inspection and acceptance: Conducting material inspection and construction acceptance according to international standards.
